PtBio Signs MOU with Srinivasa Farms in India: 2025-10-23

PtBio Inc. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SRINIVASA FARMS PVT. LTD (hereafter “Srinivasa Farms”), a poultry company based in Hyderabad, as a first step toward the introduction of Allergy-free Egg Products in India.

This agreement marks a key milestone in our overseas business development efforts under the SBIR Phase 3 Funding Program (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Innovation Creation Promotion Project), which supports the global commercialization of Allergy-free Egg Products—particularly in India.

Srinivasa Farms is engaged not only in the production and sale of eggs but also in the development and distribution of processed egg products across India. Through this partnership, PtBio aims to promote the production and sale of Allergy-free Egg Products in the Indian market.
