We Welcomed a Trainee from the Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute: 2026-08-25

We were pleased to welcome Ms. Hafidha Binti Azmon, a researcher from the Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI), to our company.

As part of the Malaysian government’s training program, the Japan Company Attachment Programme 2026 (JCAP 2026), Ms.Hafidha visited Japanese companies and universities, including our company, to learn about their businesses and technologies to exchange ideas with researchers and staff.

During her visit to our company, in addition to touring our research facilities and learning about our business, Ms.Hafidha interviewed several of our employees. She showed great interest not only in their work and research, but also in their working styles and workplace environment.

Ms.Hafidha found that genome editing and Bio-DX could be valuable technologies for addressing agricultural challenges in Malaysia. She was also impressed by our flexible working environment, including our flextime system and discretionary work system.

We will continue to promote initiatives aimed at addressing global social challenges while valuing cross-border collaboration with organizations such as MARDI.
