Sequencing data acquisition

Highly accurate sequencing based on the chosen method is performed using the latest next-generation sequencers. Select or combine the methods best suited to your research objectives from the following options

  1. 16S rRNA full-length amplicon sequencing: High resolution taxonomic diversity of bacteria

  2. Shotgun metagenomic sequencing (short reads): Analyze broad gene repertoire and functional potential

Data analysis and microflora profiling

The acquired sequence data will be analyzed in detail using the latest bioinformatics tools. Depending on the sequencing method selected, the following analyses are performed
