PtBio Receives “Kurumin Certification” as a Company Supporting the Balance Between Work and Childcare: 2026-09-17

On September 8, 2026, PtBio received “Kurumin Certification” as a company that meets the certification standards under Japan’s Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children.

Under this Act, employers are required to formulate a General Employer Action Plan when working to develop employment environments that enable employees to balance work and childcare, as well as to improve diverse working conditions for all employees, including those who are not raising children.
PtBio formulated its own General Employer Action Plan and achieved the goals set out in the plan, thereby meeting the required criteria and receiving Kurumin Certification as a company committed to supporting employees with childcare responsibilities.
At PtBio, we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone can work comfortably, including through remote work, flextime, and discretionary work systems.
Going forward, PtBio will continue to formulate and implement initiatives under our Next-Generation Support Action Plan and promote measures to support the next generation.
