PtBio Inc. Hosts Its First “Children’s Open Workplace Day” :2025-09-02

PtBio Inc. held its first “Children’s Open Workplace Day” with the aim of fostering greater understanding of childcare in the workplace and promoting awareness of professional responsibilities within families. This initiative is part of our ongoing efforts to create a more supportive and inclusive work environment for employees raising children.

The event coincided with the “Hiroshima Central Science Park Summer Open Lab!”, during which the children toured the facilities, assisted employees in preparing exhibits, and helped welcome visitors.

Some employees explained their own work—such as our initiatives on Allergy-free Egg Products—directly to their children while showing the exhibits. Meanwhile, children also actively participated by guiding visitors through the venue.
