Bio-DX Technology Enabling “Detoxification of Food and the Environment” Highly Praised in the Global Market
PtBio Inc. (Headquarters: Higashi-Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture; CEO: Keisuke Okuhara; hereinafter “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of the 11 finalists in the “Future Fit Asia Innovation Challenge” category of “Future Fit Asia 2026,” a tech award recognizing innovative startups in the Asia-Pacific region.
Future Fit Asia (hereinafter “FFA”) is an ecosystem platform that promotes open innovation in agritech and foodtech across the Asia-Pacific region. Together with the Grantham Foundation in the United States, it is advancing a joint project centered on “detoxification” (the removal of harmful substances) in the environmental and food sectors.
In this selection process, our company was highly commended for our development of Allergy-free Egg Products and our environmental assessment initiatives utilizing metagenomic analysis via Bio-DX technology. Following this selection, we will deliver a pitch at FFA 2026, to be held in Singapore in May.
