Funding Secured — Total Cumulative Funding Reaches JPY 760 Million: 2026-03-10

PtBio Inc. has successfully completed a new round of fundraising, with investments from Tomita Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Kumamoto City; President & Representative Director: Hisao Tomita) and Chugin Capital Partners Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kita-ku, Okayama City; President & Representative Director: Hiroyuki Okada).

With this latest round, our cumulative capital raised to date, including previous funding, has reached JPY 760 million.

The social implementation of our core projects—most notably our Allergy-free Egg Products —as well as other biotechnologies developed by our company, is aimed not only at the Japanese market but also at global expansion. We are confident that the support of our new investors, each with strong regional networks, will serve as a powerful driving force as we leverage regional industrial strengths and further expand onto the global stage.

From Hiroshima, we are taking on the bold challenge of transforming the world through biotechnology. We will continue to accelerate our business with a strong sense of speed and determination.
