Featured in MAFF Outreach Initiative: 2026-02-26

We are pleased to announce that Hiroshima University and PtBio Inc. have been featured in a video produced as part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) initiative,“FY2025 Commissioned Project for the Development of Outreach Activities to Promote the Green Food System Strategy.”

The video introduces our research and development of Allergy-free Egg Products, which are currently being advanced toward social implementation under the MAFF Small and Medium Enterprise Innovation Promotion Program (commonly known as the “Phase 3 Fund Program”).

In the interview, we discuss the background of the development, our efforts toward commercialization, measures to ensure food safety, responses both in Japan and overseas, and our future outlook.
