PtBio Inc. is pleased to announce its participation in the following event.



■The 11th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Genome Editing

June 15 (Mon) – 17 (Wed)

Takashi Yamamoto, Director and CTO of PtBio, as well as Professor and Director of the Genome Editing Innovation Center at Hiroshima University, will deliver a special lecture at the conference.

In addition, Kazuki Nakamae, Assistant Professor in the Collaborative Research Division at the Genome Editing Innovation Center, Hiroshima University, and Team Leader of PtBio’s Bio-DX team, will give a presentation on the theme:

“The Current State of Genome Editing Software Development.”

■FY2026 1st General Meeting / Proposal & Reporting Session of the Food Tech Public-Private Council

June 24 (Wed)

The Food Tech Public-Private Council was established to promote public-private collaboration aimed at supporting solutions to challenges in shared areas and fostering the creation of new markets. Its mission is to help build a resource-circulating food supply system that contributes to the development of the food, agriculture, forestry, and fisheries industries, strengthens food security, and secures Japan’s technological foundation for emerging technologies that enhance food-related quality of life (QOL).

At the first general meeting of FY2026, Atsuhiro Ishii, COO of PtBio, will give a pitch presentation on the social implementation of Allergy-free Egg Products and “Bio-DX,” a data-driven breeding approach utilizing bioinformatics analysis.
