PtBio Inc. will participate as a presenter at the Food Bio Plus Symposium, to be held on September 11, 2025, during the 77th Annual Meeting of the Society for Biotechnology, Japan.

This symposium aims to address pressing social issues such as environmental challenges, food production, and food security by exploring both traditional fermentation technologies and cutting-edge food technologies, identifying their current status and challenges. Topics will include fermentation, the utilization of gut microbiota, the development of alternative meats using koji molds, cellular food development, Raman analysis, genome editing, and more. Together, these discussions will present a vision for the future of food, offering diverse options and sustainable pathways for both industry and consumers.
