Amid global societal challenges such as climate change, emerging infectious diseases, and the need for decarbonization, Japan's Cabinet Office "Bioeconomy Strategy" sets out a goal of leveraging the nation's strengths to expand the bioeconomy market, addressing these challenges while achieving sustainable economic growth.

Against this backdrop, our company has adopted the vision "Unlocking future with Biotechnology." We are working to solve societal challenges as a platformer offering both Bio-DX technology, which analyzes the genomic information of organisms used in industry, and genome editing technology, which designs that genomic information.

We are advancing research and development toward the "universalization of food" through eggs that people with egg allergies can safely eat, "carbon recycling" through microalgae that convert carbon dioxide into useful substances, as well as advanced medicine for treating intractable diseases, resource-circular agriculture, stable supply of marine resources, and bio-manufacturing.
