Genome Editing
Zinc Finger ND1
Zinc Finger ND1 (ZF-ND1) is a wholly Japanese-developed genome editing tool, suitable for use in drug discovery and pharmaceutical manufacturing applications.
Process
- Inquiry — Please begin by contacting us.
- Design & Construction — We design and construct the optimal ZF-ND1 for your specified target gene. Target gene identification is also available as an option.
- Cleavage Activity Evaluation — We construct a vector for activity assessment and introduce it into cells together with the ZF-ND1 to evaluate cleavage activity.
Plans & Pricing
Basic Plan
From JPY 700,000 (excluding tax) Includes plasmid construction, cleavage activity assessment at the target sequence, and mRNA synthesis.
- Lead time: Approximately one month (may vary depending on timing and project requirements)
- Deliverable format: IVT mRNA
About Our Plans
- For research applications, we offer plans that additionally permit the provision of genome-edited materials to collaborating partners, continued use, and application to drug screening. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
- Use for purposes other than research is not permitted. Commercial use requires a separate license agreement; please contact us if you are considering such use.
