■Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) “Consumer Room”

The “Consumer Room,” established by Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), provides information on everyday food-related topics and the ministry’s initiatives. During the second week of November, an exhibition titled “Developing Crop Varieties to Support the Future of Food: Focusing on Genome Editing Technology to Accelerate Breeding” will showcase cutting-edge technologies, including PtBio’s initiatives.

This event focuses on food tech and startups, while also presenting the latest achievements in smart agriculture and cutting-edge research in agriculture, forestry, fisheries, and food in an accessible format. It aims to facilitate networking and business matching between exhibitors and visitors.
At the seminar “Innovative Agri-Food Tech Startups Gather in 2026,” held as part of the event, Hiromitsu Araki, Director of Asia, Business Development Division at PtBio, will speak on “The Social Implementation of Allergy-free Egg Products to Achieve Food Accessibility.”

■SJ60 MUSUBI SINGAPORE-JAPAN FESTIVAL 2026

This interactive festival celebrates the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Singapore, bringing people together to experience and strengthen the bonds between the two countries. A wide range of booths and activities will be featured across categories including Culture, Tourism, Technology, Food, and Performance.
PtBio will exhibit at the event’s Connect Hub booth.
