Highly Accurate Genome Sequencing of red perilla

for the Development of New breeds

With Mishima Shokuhin , Hiroshima Univ.

Determining highly accurate genome sequence information and comparing it to various conditions and varieties helps improvement of varieties and cultivation methods more efficiently than ever before.
PtBio is using the latest DNA analysis technology to unravel genome sequence information of various species and new functional genes related to industrial needs such as breeding.

We introduce the genome analysis of red perilla, which are being conducted in collaboration with Hiroshima University, the National Institute of Genetics, the Agricultural Technology Center of the Hiroshima Prefectural Institute of Technology, and Mishima Foods.
